Anyone having issues with Oracle VirtualBox after applying Microsoft patches to Windows Server 2012

I shut down our PeopleSoft PUM images before Windows Server 2012 R2 patches were applied last week. Now VirtualBox will not start; I get a critical error: Failed to create the VirtualBoxClient COM object. I tried installing latest version of Oracle VirutualBox and I still get the same error. Has anyone else encountered this?
