RWMS - Distribute Allocation to Stores with residual

Need experts help on the below scenario

Scenario:

PO Details:

PO: 123, Item: XYZ, Units: 100

Allocation Details:

Item XYZ PO 123  Store1 40 units

Item XYZ PO 123  Store2 40 units

Created an appointment and printed the receiving labels. Stock allocation is not getting distributed (Distributed qty is 0) and the container's dest ID is updated to DC Dest ID.

It is getting perfectly distributed if I allocate 50 units to store1 and 50 units to store2 but the backstock residual scenario is not working. Is there any specific configuration related to this?
