I am not able to see staged dunning value from collection workbench.

I am not able to see staged dunning value from collection workbench. When I see dunning history I can see staged dunning as 1.  When I update satged dunning in workbench manually to 2 then I can see it's value. Also running requests manually is not updating staged dunning to 2
