What is the bindPasswordFile format on OUD 11g export-ldif command?

I want to use OUD 11.1.2.3.0 export-ldif command to export entries.

The export-ldif doesn't support parameter -w <password>, and it requires password file by using parameter --bindPasswordFile <filename>.

How to create this file? Is it a plane text file? What's the format?

I google and search the Oracle cannot see any document about this.
