How and when to consume RTLOG file when we have store in different time zone?

Hello,

Our client is planning to open stores on the west coast(USA) of the country.  Because of time differences, we want to make sure we understand impacts on the late sales/RTLOGs that we will receive after the store closure every night.

  For example, Store “A” closes at 2AM EST, we cannot hold the batch until that time. Because in the current setup, we start our Resa cycle at 10PM EST and it gets completed before 2AM EST. So I need to understand how this can be implement in the system to consume the RTLOG even though we get the file at round 2AM EST time.
