Detecting Lost Customizations w/ Large Number of Patches/Bundles

PeopleTools: 8.50.12 to 8.53.26

SCM/FI/HR: 9.1

We're installing several years worth of patches and bundles onto our systems, and I have some concerns that some of our customizations will be lost (a record wasn't kept of where customizations were).

What's the best way to detect changes to SQR / PeopleCode that have overridden our customizations?
