Calendar lookup on search page doesn't work until a different lookup is used.

We are using PT 8.55.06 and Campus Solutions 9.0 with bundle 41.  We have found that the calendar lookup icon doesn't work on search pages, until a non-calendar lookup icon is used.  We have duplicated this issue on at least 3 different and totally separate search pages.   Can anyone else confirm this same behavior?
