PSAPPSRV services are getting hanged

We have recently completed the PeopleTools upgrade for one of our environment. We have upgraded to PeopleTools 8.55.05 from PeopleTools 8.53.17. Also we have applied all the latest PUM images (PUM 17) into our HCM9.2 application. Please find below the environment details.

Oracle Database 10.2.0.4

People Tools 8.55.05

HCM 9.2

Tuxedo 12cR1 for LINUX

WebLogic 12c(12.2.1)

Oracle JDK 1.7.0_51+ (Linux) 64-bit

We are facing issue, in the PSAPPSRV services. Very often that is getting struck and due to that the application is not responding & the pages are getting loaded. Please have a look and let us know, what are the other configuration parameters have to be looked at to fix this issue.
