Dispute creation in AR-Collections

Do we need Advanced Collections license to do dispute creation in AR-Collections forms?

Also we need to do the disputes at the line level. Can we do it from Collections or iReceivables? I know it is not allowed from Receivables --> Account Details form.

Please inform.
