Invalid carton error for a receiving receipt cre

Dear support team,

We are on RMS 13.2.8 and while performing store to store transfer following error is generated in RIB message table of RMS.

javax.ejb.EJBException: Exception while processing request: Error from {call RMSSUB_RECEIVING.CONSUME(?,?,?,?,?,?)}: [E] Invalid carton, does not exist in system (unwanded): 103-1.; nested exception is: com.retek.rib.binding.exception.RIBIntegrationException: Exception while processing request: Error from {call RMSSUB_RECEIVING.CONSUME(?,?,?,?,?,?)}: [E] Invalid carton, does not exist in system (unwanded): 103-1. - Nested exception: - com.retek.rib.collab.RibAPIException: Error from {call RMSSUB_RECEIVING.CONSUME(?,?,?,?,?,?)}: [E] Invalid carton, does not exist in system (unwanded): 103-1.
