Upgrade from IP 2013 to IP 2016

Dear All, We are in IP 2013 patchset 17. We have enabled Open UI for Call center Application. We have customized the UI by creating new  PM/PR files and web templates. We are planning to upgrade to IP 2016 in the near future.

What is the percentage of rework needs to be done when we migrate to IP2016 and

is the custom PM/PR code is supported in IP2016?
