upgrade path for FSCM 8.9/9.0 to 8.55/9.2

can any of them let me know whether if possible to upgrade FSCM directly form PT8.49 / FSCM 9.0 to PT8.55 / FSCM 9.2. If yes, please let me know the upgrade path on document / template.
