Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Dunning Plan callback

Hi all,

We have added Callbacks to our Dunning Plan but were now wondering, is it possible to add different task types into the dunning plan stages?

For example, can we set the dunning plan to create an "Email Customer" task , 3 days after the initial Overdure Dunning letter is sent?
