Download to Excel from the Query Takes Longer

Download to Excel from the Query Viewer takes longer than the Download to Excel from Query Manager.  Also the overall time taking for Download to Excel is 4 times more than the Results Displaying on the Query Viewer/Manager page.

Anyhelp or insight is appreciated.
