Receiving Items with reference to PR Using i-Procurement - 12.1.3

We have a requirement where PR is created in I-procurement but PO is not yet created/approved. On an exception basis items are received from vendor and we have to received items into inventory against PR so that items can be issued to production without wasting time. Is it possible to receive items against PR without reference to PO. PO will be created later
