ATTRIBUTE15 is not Populated in RCV_TRANSACTIONS for India Localization Inventory Org

Hi,

I am working on Oracle EBS 11i,

While submitting Receiving Transaction Processor passing ATTRIBUTE15 in Interface table RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE but  ATTRIBUTE15 is not Populated in RCV_TRANSACTIONS for India Localization Inventory Org.

Please let us know if any issue due to India Localization?
