SOA Email Notification issue

Hi,

We are facing issues where mails are not getting triggered from workflows even for beneficiary Manager approval. I have verified in notification management in EM console and found that there was no notification message from Workflow and sometime workflow is triggering notification Initially this was working fine. Even if workflow is triggering notification and show mail has been sent the end user is not receiving the mail. I am send test notifications at will from EM console but not from Workflows.  I am not getting what the issue is. I have deployed my custom workflows from then this issue started.
