BI Publisher Reports for OIM

Where do I download BI reports for OBIEE 11.1.1.9 for OIM PS3? I see a reference to a zip file in the OIM developers guide, but I'm not finding a link to download them. Also, will there be a compatibility issue reports for BI 11.1.1.9 with OIM PS3? We've chose to do a standalone install of BI, so we're not using BI that was installed with OIM.
