Store Order from SIM to WMS stuck in WMS.rib_message table

Dear Support,

We are on RWMS 1328 and following error has been thrown when we raise a store order from SIM to WMS.

Also I am attaching the relevant table based upon my understanding and error thrown.(Store order from 11216 store to 400 PWH)

Below is the error in WMS.RIB_MESSAGE table :
