what is the maximum limit to upload the items using Item induction functionality in RMS version 14.

Dear Support Team,

Can any one have idea about what is the max size of data can be  uploaded using the item induction functionality,As we have around 100000 items and we tried with 10,000 but at the time of uploading we are getting the error related to size exceed.
