XMLP View PDF Paycheck - Unable to Generate PDF Output (error)

Hello - Any ideas on what might be causing an error, "Unable to generate PDF output. (2002,580)" when trying to view PDF paychecks under Payroll for North America >> Payroll Processing USA >> Produce Payroll >> Review Self Service Paycheck? Current paychecks can be viewed but not past ones. I queried the Oracle Support knowledge base and saw suggestions to check the security and report category on the XMLP report definition. Those have not been changed.

Very strange; any input is appreciated!
