Workflow Report to identify approval process

Hello and thanks for your collaboration.

we have a business request. we are working with audit and currently we need a report that will show information about the approval processes for POs. For example Timing, approves, etc. Information about how long did it take a PO for complete the approval process.

or if the report does not exist would it be any query you could provide for retrieving this information?
