How can PYMNT_DT and VALUE_DT be different on PMT_DETAIL_TBL???

Hello.

I have a couple payments in which the PYMNT_DT and VALUE_DT are different on the PMT_DETAIL_TBL table and I cannot figure out any scenario in how this is possible.  Does anyone know what might cause this?
