Workflow approval changes impacting Job Opening Approvals

We recently applied workflow approval changes for FTPT, Change Employee, JPMPerson Profiles and TerminateEmployeePosnSupervisor.  We are now seeing Job Opening Approvals not following the configured paths.  Has anyone had experience with this similar issue?  How were you able to resolve?  Thank-you for your responses
