Dunning Callbacks assigned to Collections Group

Hi all,

We're using a Collections Group as the Collector on our Customer Accounts.

When we generate Dunning Callback tasks, they are randomly assigned to one of the Collectors in the Collections Group.

Can anyone tell me how the random assignment rules work? How does the application decide which collector to assign the Callback task to?

We just want to make sure the workloads of our Collectors are fair and balanced
