Voucher Escalation NEM setup issue

Hi All.

We are setting up Notification and Escalation setuo for voucher approval. below is our requirement.

If voucher is not approved or denied in 2 days we need to send a reminder mail to submitter and approver.

2 Days after reminder if it is still pending, we need to send a escalation mail to approver and approver supervisor.

I setup the NEM but it is not sending the emails correctly,

I attached the my setup screen shots to this discussion. Please provide your valuable suggestions on my setup.
