Prompt Freezes

Anyone run into a situation where you select a prompt and you get a list of values but then Peoplesoft freezes.   You can't select a value and you can't escape from the dialog box.

We keep getting a user here and there where this happens.  It tends to happen with Internet Explorer but we have seen it with Chrome.

Sometimes their IE was an older version and upgrading cleared the issue.  If you switch to Chrome that tends to correct the issue as well.  Sometimes nothing seems to work.

Any thoughts?

This is HCM 9.1 on 8.53.1
