IAM-4060026 : An error occurred in oracle.iam.provisioning.spi.DOBProvisioningUtil/validateChangeAcc

Hi all,

I, as IDM-Admin, try to change Account type from "Unknown" to "Primary" and get the following error:

IAM-4060026 : An error occurred in oracle.iam.provisioning.spi.DOBProvisioningUtil/validateChangeAccountType while changing account type to primary for an account with id XXXX as account has not been provisioned 

Status ist currently "Provisioning" and not "Provisioned".

What ist wrong? How can I find more information regarding this error?
