Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

I am new to the PUM process and going through the PUM installation documentation and found below deployment options.

1) Virtual Box Update Image - using Oracle VM Virtual Box?

2) Native OS Update Image - can we install directly on the server?

can some one Please let me know what is the difference.
