Hyperion FCM/ARM Upgrade 11.1.2.3 to 11.1.2.4

We are bullding a plan for an upgrade to our Hyperion FCM and ARM tools in 2017 and I am looking for some high level estimates on how long this might take so I can add to our proposal.

We have the in-house knowledge to do this but since we haven't yet upgaded our Hyperion tools, not sure how much time to plan for the project.  We only have Close Manager and Account Recon tools to upgrade and ARM has about 4000 - 4500 profiles.  It seems fairly straight-forward but I have done enough upgrades on different products to know they rarely are.  Looking for any information on both the functional and technical sides of the upgrade, any unexpected complexities that altered your timeline, change management issues for the users with new functionality, etc.
