Stuck SSH Sessions AP4600 SCZ7.2

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

Hi Team,

Currently, we are experiencing SSH session which are unable to clear up. Our telnet-timeout configuration on system-config is 300, but there are session that is active 5:11h.

As per user, he is not accessing the system. We tried killing the user session but it is still there after issuing "show users" command. I also tried stopping acliSSH1 process but it did not release the user session.

Please help. We can't do reboot right now because this is a production system.
