Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. I have installed the PTF on windows7 , when I try to record a transaction with my Id I get browser hooked issue.(Could not generate html document)

When I run the PTF as "Run as Administrator" it works fine. Is it mandatory to run the PTF as administrator?

Our Organization does not allow users with Admin access. Is there a way to overcome this situation ?
