'Login Failed. username and/or password is incorrect, or user is unauthorized' SIM15

Hi,


I have installed SIM 15 recently but not able to login. It says 'Login Failed. username and/or password is incorrect, or user is unauthorized'. I followed the steps given in the installation document to resolve this issue which asks us to check/change some value which should be 1.

Please help me resolve this issue.
