Oracle Retail Allocation -- V15.0 Blank screen after session expires ?

Hi,

We have installed Oracle Retail Allocations on HA using Clusters in our test environment. The application is working fine but one very strange issue is that if the session expires (timesout) the screen becomes a blank screen with no option to refresh or login to the application. We can hit the refresh button but nothing happens. The ideal scenario would be to come back to the Login screen where we should be able to enter our user id and password.

I have attached a screen shot of the screen once it is expired ? Could anyone shed light whether this behavior might be of the ADF application or is it something to do with SSO ? If so, what configuration can I do so that this doesn't happen ?
