peoplesoft server upgrades impact

Hi,

we are on windows 2008 r2 and sql server 2008 r2, PT 8.53.26 and HCM 9.2. we have planned servers upgrade to windiws 2012 r2 and sql server 2012r2 ( not new installs, we are planning for server upgrades). could you Please let me know if i need to consider any thing while we are going server upgrades like re installation of tuxedo, recreation of app, web and prcs domains?. or the application works as it is after the server upgrade?
