How to supress An OpenXml error occurred. The file already exists. (28,244) error for nVision report

Hi Team,

Recently we upgraded from 9.1 version to 9.2 image 11.

Currently we are facing issue with one of crystal report related to report books. (RPTBOOK). process is failing due to error  as " An OpenXml error occured. The file  already exists. (28,244)".

Is there any way to suppress this message so that process can continue without manual restarting it.

kindly advice.
