Unable to delete or add the user in OID

deleting entry dn: cn=concurrent manager,cn=users,dc=xxxx,dc=com

ldap_delete: DSA is unwilling to perform

ldap_delete: additional info: Server currently in read-modify mode. Add / Delete / ModDN operations not allowed

Performed below Oracle not and did not resolve the issue.

The Server mode is controlled by the orclServerMode attribute of the component specific configuration entry of the OID instance eg. cn=oid1,cn=osdldapd,cn=subconfigsubentry

In order to put the OID server in Read/Write mode, log in to Fusion Middleware Enterprise Manager and select your OID instance.
