Should we uninstall client software from workstation running VirtualBox update images before running

We have been running PeopleSoft Update Images on a Windows 7 workstation using VirturalBox.  We have the client tools – Change Assistant, Application Designer, and Oracle client database running on the same workstation. Should we uninstall the client tool like Change Assistant before we install HCM PUM 18?
