Why do some errored Workflows get sent to SysAdmin and others do not
We would like all errored workflows and errored notifications for all our modules to be sent to SysAdmin so it shows in our worklist and we also get an email about the error.
Currently "some" errored workflows do get sent to SysAdmin. Also, some HRSSA errored wokflows/notifications go to whoever is defined under the "HR Department E-mail ID" attribute. Most errored workflows/notifications do not get sent anywhere and we have to manually check for them on a daily basis to find and resolve them.
Is there a way to set up workflow so ALL errored workflows for all our modules go to SysAdmin?
