Question about RDA use by Identity Management customers
About 3 years ago, this question was asked and we did not really get many responses. Since then, numerous improvements have been made to RDA so its time to ask again in an effort to understand why customers don't seem to be using RDA and how we can increase the usage of it.
RDA collects information about your system that can be included with an SR that should help the engineer get a faster start on solving the SR.
We don't see a lot of Identity Management SRs being create with RDA data attached and we'd like to understand why.
Do you not know about RDA? Is it too difficult to install and collect data? Do you believe that the information provided is not beneficial - if so, what do you think we should add to the collected data to make it useful? Is it because you are asked for it during the SR creation process and don't want to stop creating the SR to go collect the data?
