Suggested upgrade of OID+DIP 11.1.1.9 + 22116468

Hello,

I am working on a migration from OID+DIP+AD+ADPWDFILTER 11.1.1.6 to 11.1.1.9 since Feb 2016.

I need the help of an expert to confirm there is a BUG in the 11.1.1.9 shipment and what is the suggested patch plan for 11.1.1.9 + 22116468 that is now SUPERSEDED.

Note I have already sent an email to the IDM and DS aliases as usual but it seems now the MOSC is the preferred method.

OID and DIP 11.1.1.9:

Because I have tested many and many times my environment based on 11.1.1.9 + 22116468 (it was the last BUNDLE PATCH at the time of the installation for months) I'd like to remain in the same version.
