With the goal to facilitate migrations, can ADPWDFILTER host propagate passwords to 2 addresses ?

ADPWDFILTER is an application that is installed in all Domain Controllers of Active Directory need to propagate password changes to Oracle Directory Services (OID or OUD).

ADPWDFILTER is part of the Identity Management media and setup.exe is its Windows installer.

Run setup.exe and a welcome page appears.

Then press Next and configure the Windows user to bind and the ODS host to connect to.

Whenever configuration is finished and ADPWDFILTER restarted then any password change in the Domain Controller is captured and propagated to ODS:

If ADPWDFILTER can connect to a single ODS host you can specify a server address or a Load Balancer VIP but it is assumed you are connecting to one single ODS environment.

Howdy, Stranger!
