RMS 15.0 Item Ticket Printing

We are implementing RMS 15.0 Item Ticket as below:

  1.   RMS GUI: Create ticket types, associate items to ticket type then request item ticket printing

    2.    RMS Batch:  Run tcktdnld (Download of Data to be Printed on Tickets) to generate Item Ticket files to be sent to external printing system

Issue: 

The external printing system accepts Item Ticket files in XML format NOT Oracle Retail file layout (with FHEAD, THEAD ….).

Request for Help:

Does any one know how to convert Oracle Retail file into XML file ? or to tweak tcktdnld batch to generate XML file instead of Oracle Retail file .
