link user issue oracle ebs -sso with oam 11gr2

Hi All,

I try to implement sso solution for oracle ebs 12.1.1 using oam 11.1.2.3 , i am following oracle note 1484024.1 and i have issue when i try to test ebs sso it redirect me successfully to oam login page and i can login with oid user but afterthat  it failed in generate orcl_guid attribute and link ebs user with oid and i checked log files there is no error appeared in logs " oam/oid/ebs accessgate/webgate"

can anyone suggest how i can investigate deeply in this issue or how to solve it .
