Unable to override match exception for Rule_S100

Hi Team,

Currently we have 3 way matching set up in system and we are trying to do a two way matching where at Po level matching required is set to not required. but  when matching is run voucher goes in match exception error with Rule_S100.

We tried overriding match exception through workbench but it does not allow to save the changes.

Can you please let us know if PeopleSoft allows to have 2 & 3 matching set up in system ? if yes how it can be done and how such errors can be suppressed.
