Inventory organization - Mfg and Trading

Hi,

In R12.x if the company is having manufacturing and trading licenses, but operate from a single premise. Then

1.  Is it required to have 4 separate inventory orgs with additional info. (null and site) and additionally, 1 Master org with null and site. ?

2. In such a case can we use same operating unit for both manufacturing and trading inventory organization under accounting information in organization definition form? Or we need two operating units separately defined, one for mfg and other for trading?

Please help clarify
