DPK-manifest does not exist

Hi there
I'm trying to run the DPK install to mount onto Virtual Box. The DPK version is FSCM 19 (9.20). I've downloaded the 15 files into 'c:\DPK_INSTALL'. Then unzipped the 1st folder. I then copied the setup folder to the DPK_INSTALL root and tried executing .\psft-dpk-setup.ps1 via powershell.
Unfortunately I get:
Get-Content : An object at the specified path C:\DPK_INSTALL\FSCM-920-UPD-019-OVA_1of15\manifest\*-manifest does not exist, or has been filtered by the -Include or -Exclude parameter.
At C:\DPK_INSTALL\FSCM-920-UPD-019-OVA_1of15\setup\scripts\psft-utils.ps1:216 char:60
I checked on Oracle support and followed
