Customize OAuth Consent forms

Is there any documented procedure by Oracle to customize the pages related to OAuth Consent forms?

These pages (jsps & class files) are under the folder of <oracle domain>/server/oam/apps/oam_server.ear/ms_oauth.war.

Customer need inputs from oracle on the best practices and documented procedures to customize the jsps and constants associated with these consent forms.

Please advise!
