Allocation Detail screen is not working

edited Jul 28, 2016 5:13AM in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

After selecting Rule as Manual in Allocation and getting the loading as 'Item location Relation is being built', The Allocation details screen is showing but no-operative and when observed the Available Quantity is Zero.

No records are shown to allocate any quantities.

No buttons are working on the screen.

Kindly help as to which tables are affected at this point and how to resolve.
