Monitoring object (sip-monitoring) is disabled

Hi

Seems like some time around 7.3.0m1p4 sip-monitoring started "behaving up" (that is the first time I notice this .. coming from 7.2.0m6p2)....

Starting capture claims that sip-monitoring is not enabled.

Sip-monitoring seems enabled to me ...?

Am I missing something here ?
